The family-run business serving delectable Belgian waffles with a gourmet twist, inspired by the food scene in Bruges, will be a permanent fixture at the upscale retail center.
The Belgian waffle is not your average waffle; it is prepared with a lighter batter, larger squares, and deeper pockets than American waffles, and is typically consumed for breakfast or dessert with a variety of toppings.
All of the delectable, customizable Belgian waffles are made with homemade buttermilk, and the kiosk offers visitors a variety of gourmet toppings, such as decadent mousses and artisan whipped cream.
CLARKS Village added a Load ‘o’ Waffle kiosk this month.
In addition, Load ‘o’ Waffle utilizes gluten-free batter and offers gluten-free topping options.
Samantha Nicol, the proprietor of Load ‘o’ Waffle, stated, “We are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to join Clarks Village’s food offerings.
